It's been a minute since our last post and there's been a few changes since then. First off, I'd like to introduce our most recent member of the band, Ms. Deondra Selph. She has recently joined us and will share lead singing duties with Dan (with a few duets for good measure). We have been working feverishly to bring in some new songs that really show off her impressive singing abilities.
As such, our song line up has been changing quite a bit and really taking full advantage of what our singers can do. We've been really proud of the shows that we've pulled together in the past, but are super excited about this “next level.”
Our next show will be at Megaton Brewery on July 20th from 7 - 11 PM. We love playing this venue. It's indoors (away from the summer heat) with a great atmosphere, great selection of beers (and some wine) and there's usually a pretty awesome food truck there as well. It's family friendly and there's no smoking allowed inside.
Please plan to join us if you can. As always, we really appreciate your support. You make this all worthwhile (and it's a great excuse to buy more band stuff - here's to our midlife crises!).
BTW… Deondra is in other bands including the aptly named Sound Warehouse. Please keep an eye out for them. Also, Chris (the sound guy and sometimes bassist) is also in another up-and-coming band called Head Bangerz Ball. They will focus on all of those great 80s and 90s metal songs that we all banged our heads to back in the day. Keep an eye out for them as I think their first appearance ever will be at Megaton later this summer.
Also, please support other live music in the area including bands like The Rock Hounds, Sector A, The Surrealtors, Rogue Elements and The Dadbod Band.
